Universal have been established in the
credit industry for nearly 100 years offering

We offer a Direct Debit facility and a
Home Collected Credit Service.
Our Home Collected Credit Service is
currently limited to specific areas in and
around the Midlands although we are
continually expanding this service to eventually
cover the whole of England and Wales.

We pride ourselves in offering a personal service
to our clients, unlike many larger companies
we will not put you through to an automated
service or ask you to contact a call centre outside
of the UK. All of our staff are based in the UK
and can be contacted during office hours
by telephone or email.
